Baked oatmeal for one made with applesauce, raisins, peanuts and – most importantly – peanut butter. This breakfast is also vegan and gluten-free.
Ingredients
⅓ cup applesauce
1 – 2 tablespoons peanut butter
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon blackstrap molasses
½ cup rolled oats
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
⅓ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon raisins
1 – 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
