These Cinnamon Spice Bars have a deep rich flavor with a light and fluffy frosting. They are also gluten free, grain free, Paleo friendly, and contain no refined sugar or oil.

1 cup cashews, soaked in warm water for 1 hour
3 Tbsp Blackstrap Molasses
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 egg
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
