Ingredients
COCONUT LAYER:
½ chilled chamomile tea
scant ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
¼ cup light coconut milk
½ frozen banana
2 Tbs oats
1 Tbs maple syrup
1 Tbs chia seeds, flax, or hemp (optional)
handful of ice
ORANGE LAYER:
1 large frozen navel orange, peeled and cut in chunks
handful of ice
½ Tbs maple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1½ Tbs light coconut milk
⅛ – ¼ tsp ground turmeric
