Coconut chocolate chunk cookies that are HEALTHY and come together in just one bowl!
Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup canola oil (or another 1/2 cup coconut oil)
2 large eggs
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut or almond milk
2 cups dark chocolate chunks
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
