A vegan smoothie made with frozen mango, banana, almond milk and some optional mix-ins for extra protein/fibre/other goodness.
Ingredients
Basic Smoothie:
½ banana
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 – 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
⅓ cup almond milk
Optional Extras:
¼ cup yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon almond butter
Toppings:
Raspberry sauce
Shredded coconut
Granola or muesli
