A coconut oatmeal with orange saffron syrup that that can brighten gloomy wintery days! It’s nutritious, and happens to be vegan and gluten free too!
Ingredients
300 ml coconut cream
1 cup extra thick rolled oats
Pistachio
Syrup:
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 tsp of honey (2 Tb sugar for vegan)
Pinch of saffron threads
