Oatmeal and your morning cup of joe rolled into one! This coffee, date and banana oatmeal is sugar-free, vegan and gluten-free (if using certified GF oats). Plus, it smells amazing when it’s cooking!
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 cup coffee
½ cup steel-cut oats
Pinch of salt
1 very ripe banana
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large or 4 small dates, chopped
Extra chopped dates and sliced banana, to serve
