Ingredients
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
3 tablespoons water
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups polenta (cornmeal)
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
