Cream Cheese Crostini with Spicy Italian Salsa

Toasted bread slices spread with cream cheese and topped with a pepper, olive, and caper salsa.
Ingredients
Salsa:
1/2 yellow pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 TBSP capers, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, chopped
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 TBSP olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Crostini:
1 medium size baguette (around 10 ounces), sliced at an angle 1/4 inch thick
4 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
2 TBSP olive oil
salt & pepper
