MICROWAVE! Wait, don’t judge! 😉 I know microwave isn’t exactly what you think of when it comes to “cooking,” in this case it is the perfect appliance to get perfectly crispy low fat sweet potato chips.
You can, of course, eat these as a snack, but you can also prep these as carbs for your lunches, or serve these at a dinner party as a whimsical fancy looking paleo, gluten free carb option… I LOVE THESE CHIPS!!!
