Delicious Matar Kachori Chaat.
For Cover / Dough:
1 & 1/4th Cup, Maida / APF
1 Teaspoon, Powdered White Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon, Salt
4 Tablespoon, Vegetable Oil
1 generous pinch, Baking Powder
1/3rd Cup + little more, water
For Stuffing:
2 Tablespoon, Vegetable Oil
1 Inch, Ginger, grated
Make Powder Of:
1/2 Teaspoon, Cumin Seeds
1 Teaspoon, Coriander Seeds
2 Teaspoon, Fennel Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon, Caraway / Carom Seeds
1 Inch, Cinnamon Stick
4 Cloves
As per need Salt
2 Teaspoon, Sugar
1 Small, Onion,Chopped
1/2 Cup, Green Peas (I used frozen)
1/2 Teaspoon,Turmeric Powder
1/2 Teaspoon, Garam Masala
1/2 Teaspoon, Red Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon, Chaat Masala
1 Tablespoon, Gram Flour
2 Sprigs, Cilantro, finely chopped
For Chaat Assembly:
Sweet Chutney (My recipe) or Try this Tamarind Vegan Chutney
Mint / Green Churney
Bhel Sev
2 Sprigs, Cilantro Chopped
Sweet Dahi( Mix yogurt with sugar in 1:1/4 ratio)
Additional:
Oil to fry
