Ingredients
Hollandaise Sauce:
3 Large free-range egg yolks
150 grams (5.3 ounces) dairy-free spread
Lemon Juice, salt and pepper to taste.
To serve:
2 Crispy Hash Brown Haystacks
2 Poached or Sous Vide eggs
A couple handfuls of fresh spinach or other preferred topping
Salt/Pepper to season
