1 cup pitted Medjool dates (soaked in hot water for 10 minutes)
½ cup dried cherries (soaked in got water for 10 minutes)
⅔ cup walnuts
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup protein powder
1 tbsp agave nectar
3 tbsp shredded coconut
