Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut oil, softened
4-6 Medjool dates, pitted
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 cup almond meal
1 cup all-purpose flour (gluten free oat flour for GF)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 cup almond milk
2 cups (about 3 small) grated summer squash
1 2/3 cups rolled oats (certified gluten-free for GF)
1/2 cup raisins
