Dry Veg Manchurian Recipe – Small fried veg manchurian balls dipped in thick, hot and spicy gravy made with garlic, ginger, red chilli and soya sauces. Dry veg manchurian is a tempting appetizer dish, which we often ordered at dinner in any Chinese restaurant. For Manchurian Balls:
1 cup red cabbage, grated
1 cup carrot, grated
½ cup cabbage, grated
½ cup french beans, finely chopped
½ cup green pepper, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Oil for frying
For Sauce:
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped ginger
½ tsp chopped green chili (optional)
2 tbsp chopped green onion
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp red chili sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
1 tbsp corn starch or corn flour
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
