Ingredients
1 small onion, minced
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 inch grated fresh garlic
1 tsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cans coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp lime zest
Juice of 2 limes
8 cups chopped vegetables of choice (I used carrots, broccoli cauliflower, red pepper, and snap peas)
