2 scant cups brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 tsp instant coffee granules
½ teaspoon almond extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 Tablespoons lemon juice
2½ pounds cherries
5 oz semisweet chocolate
¼ cup non-dairy milk
