3 small-medium sized potatoes, cut into fries
1/2 cup white wine
1 clove of garlic, crushed
80g / 2.8oz of grated gruyere cheese (feel free to sub emmental, or mix the two) with 1 teaspoon of flour mixed in
A dash of kirsch or sherry if you have it
