This smoothie is an exciting, colorful and healthy start to the day! It’s a banana, mango and spinach smoothie on the bottom, topped with a banana and strawberry smoothie.
Vegan option: Use dairy-free yogurt (soy, almond, coconut, etc.)
Ingredients
For the Green Layer:
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 cups spinach
½ cup almond milk
For the Pink Layer:
1 frozen banana
10 – 12 strawberries, hulled and chopped
6 oz. (170g) plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup almond milk
