Garlicky Artichoke and Olive Spread

A light and delicious vegan artichoke spread great for breads, veggies, chips and more.
Ingredients
14 ounce can of artichokes
2 TBSP olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chopped black olives
Something to spread it on or dip it in such as:
sliced veggies, pita chips, baguette slices, crackers, etc.
