Ingredients
2 tbsp ground flax seeds + 6 tbsp water
1 3/4 cups gluten-free flour blend
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 cup melted coconut oil (plus extra for greasing muffin tin)
3/4 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
1/4 cup molasses
3/4 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp turbinado sugar for sprinkling on top of each muffin (optional)
