2 (8″ x 8″ pans) prepared gluten free cornbread
1 loaf gluten free white bread
2 tbsp butter
3 cups sweet potatoes (peeled & diced)
1 cup celery (chopped)
1 cup onion (diced)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 cups vegetable broth (divided)
2 eggs (whisked)
