A super simple Goat’s Cheese and Mint tart, delicious hot, cold or in between – just as happy on the Sunday table as in the picnic basket!
Ingredients
1 pack of Shortcrust pastry
1x 300ml pot of Crème Fraiche (can sub lowfat fromage frais)
1x 125g log of Abergavenny Goat Cheese
2 eggs, beaten
a generous handful of fresh mint
freshly ground black pepper
sea salt
