These yummy pancakes are grain-free and gluten-free but have a great texture and taste. They are so good, you can even eat them plain!
Ingredients
1 cup arrowroot
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup almond flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup whole milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp coconut oil (for greasing the pan)
