Grandma’s Tailgate Cookie Bar

Part cookie. Part chocolate. Part cake. All delicious.

1 pkg yellow cake mix without pudding (can also use two Jiffy yellow cake mixes)
¼ C water
2 eggs
¼ C butter, cubed and softened
¼ C brown sugar
12 oz chocolate chips
½ C chopped walnuts
