The Iconic Green Goddess Dressing that was SO popular in the 1970’s – Made entirely fat free using Greek Yogurt yet equally as tasty
Ingredients
½ teaspoon rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced very fine or grated on a microplane
1 cup Greek yogurt, fat free or full fat, based on personal preference
3 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon dried dill
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
Dash vegan Worcestershire sauce
Dash cayenne hot sauce, such as Tabasco
Salt and Pepper, to taste
