Fresh Greek salad with simple ingredients easily available in your pantry, Mediterranean style; a perfect accompaniment to every meal!!!!
Ingredients
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or any other oil you prefer)
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
1 medium sized garlic clove, grated
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano flakes
or
¼ teaspoon mixed herbs
Salt to taste
½ cucumber, peeled and cut into cubes (peeling is optional)
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 small bell pepper/capsicum, deseeded and cubed
½ red onion, sliced
½ cup feta cheese or paneer, cut into cubes
4 to 5 green olives, sliced
Black pepper powder
