This spicy brown rice dish is a great way to sneak some extra green vegetables into your diet. Chuck full of celery, peppers and green onions. It’s freezer safe, so it’s ideal for meal prep.
Ingredients
1 Cup Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Green Bell Peppers, diced
1/2 Cup Green Onions, chopped
1/2 Cup Celery
1/4 Cup Parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tsp Garlic, finely chopped
1 Tsp Pepper Flakes
1 Tsp Honey
Salt & black pepper to taste
