1 small butternut squash (approximately 1 lb), peeled
2 medium size sweet potatoes, peeled
3 large tomatoes
2 large onions
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper
