These Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars are made with whole wheat flour, coconut sugar and semi-sweet chocolate chips. It tastes as good as the traditional recipes!
Ingredients
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter softened
1 cup coconut or granulated sugar
1/2 cup almond butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups white whole wheat flour or whole wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
