Ingredients
100gm uncooked fettuccine noodles
2 cups finely chopped cauliflower
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp grounded black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup starchy water from pasta pot
1/3 cup broccoli florets (chopped)
1/2 tsp Italian dry herb mix
