Hemp Seed Hummus – vegan, low carb, with healthy fats; great as a dip, a sandwich spread or a filling for pita bread or tortillas
Ingredients
4 Tbsp hemp seeds
4 tsp lemon juice
3 cups cooked (or canned) chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
2 Tbsp water
2 small garlic cloves, minced
6 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
GARNISH: paprika, red pepper flakes, chopped parsley or coriander
