Ingredients
1 lb (448g) Day Old Sturdy Bread like any Sourdough or Rustic Multigrain, cubed into 1/2″x1/2″ (1.5×1.5cm) pieces
1/2 C (200g) Coconut Oil, melted and cooled
1 tsp Oregano, dried
1 tsp Basil, dried
1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
