Holiday Fruit Salad with Coconut Sugar

Fruit salad may not be at the top of your holiday menu, but it should be. Coconut sugar gives this version an extra depth of flavor without being too sweet.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Coco Treasure Organic Coconut Sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
2 cups assorted seasonal apples, cored and cubed (a variety of sweet and tart apples is best if available)
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup ruby red grapefruit segments, cut in half
1 pint fresh blueberries
