Homemade Vegan Bounty Bars
Today’s healthy dessert is homemade raw vegan bounty bars. They are delicious – much better than the original ones, in my opinion. The best thing about them is that you can make them as sweet as you want; for example, I don’t like mine too sweet. These bounty bars are packed with healthy fat and lots of minerals like manganese, copper, zinc, iron, magnesium and potassium. They are also very satisfying and require only 5 ingredients in total.
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
3 tablespoons of coconut fat (See the recipe here)
2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup (or another sweetener of your choice)
2/3 cup of shredded coconut
For the chocolate:
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
3-4 tablespoons of cocoa or cacao powder
