Honey + Ginger + Black Pepper Spiced Rooibos Tea Latte

This drink is spicy, sweet, creamy, smooth, and calming. I’ve been making these plant lattes for a while now and even though there are so many amazing combinations, this is the one that I keep coming back to. I hope you love it as much as I do 🙂
Ingredients
1/2 cup plant milk (I like cashew or coconut)
1 cup water
1/2 tbsp loose leaf rooibos tea (or a mix of rooibos and black tea)
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1 inch knob ginger, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp coconut oil
2-3 tsp honey
sprinkle of chili powder for serving
