The Hulk of Peanut Butter Banana Smoothies

Out of the many smoothies I made during my one week liquid diet, this was one of my favorite ones. It was tasty, filling and full of healthiness. This is your regular peanut butter and banana smoothie but with a bunch more nourishing ingredients.
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 heaping tbsp homemade or store-bought peanut butter
1 tbsp of homemade or store-bought tahini
2 tsps honey
1/4 cup oats
3/4 cup spinach
3 tbsps Greek yogurt
1 cup milk of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 chopped large carrot
1/2 tsp Maca Powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp flaxseed meal
