Spring Rolls with Jalapeño Raspberry Dipping Sauce
The Jalapeño Raspberry Spring Roll Dipping Sauce recipe is so easy to make. All you need is one ingredient: the Jalapeño Raspberry Jam. Just warm it up for 30 seconds in the microwave, and you are all set!
If you’re pressed for time, go ahead and use pre-made spring rolls from your grocery store. If you have time, make them from scratch. Either way, you’ll love them with the sauce!
1 package of Pilaf, prepared as directed
¼ pound shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch of fresh basil, stems removed
4-6 lettuce leaves, torn
Jalapeno Raspberry Jam
small rice paper wrappers
4 green onions, chopped
3 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
