Ingredients
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
¾ cup all purpose flour (¾ cup = 80 g)
½ cup milk (½ cup = 120 ml)
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest (1 tsp = roughly half a lemon)
1 small handful almonds (crushed)
1 small handful raisins
