Chickpeas!! So full of goodness. Black chickpea curry is mainly served as a breakfast curry with “appam” and “puttu.”
Ingredients
chickpeas-1/2 cup (soaked overnight)
onion-1 (chopped)
tomato-big 1 (chopped)
ginger-garlic paste-1 spoon + 1 spoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 spoon+ 1/2 spoon
coriander powder-2 spoon + 2 spoon
chilly powder-1/2 teaspoon + 1/2 teaspoon
Karahi masala powder-1 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder-1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon
curry leaves-as per needed
coconut oil-2 spoon
mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Cooking cream-4-5 spoon
