Creamy yogurt and almond milk (plus a little frozen banana) make this lemon smoothie nearly as decadent as a fresh slice of lemon cheesecake. Crumble half of a graham cracker on top to complete the experience.
Ingredients
1 serving Vanilla Vega Essentials
1/2 cup plain or vanilla non-dairy yogurt
1 1/2 cups Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk
1 cup ice (or 1/2 cup ice and 1/2 frozen banana)
1/2 lemon, juiced
Optional: lemon zest
Graham cracker crumbs, for garnishing
