This is a sugar-free take on sweet and spicy pickles.
Ingredients
6 cup ssliced cucumbers (about 2 pounds)
1 cup sliced onion
1 cup sliced red and yellow bell peppers
1 1/2 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup swerve or equivalent sweetener
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
