Mac and Cheese Latkes are crispy and golden on the outside and soft and cheesy on the inside. What a great way to celebrate Hanukkah!
Ingredients
2½ cups elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
2 cups whole milk (red)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
5 eggs
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
oil, for frying
