Crust:
1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour or 1 1/8 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 cold butter, cubed

Filling:
2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons corn starch
dash of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 beaten egg for wash
2 tablespoons of butter
