This mashed white beans and garlic dip is a very nutritious recipe, and paired with pickled vegetables such as cucumbers, bell peppers, cabbage, tomato or with roasted sweet peppers salad, it becomes a true delicacy.
Ingredients
300 g = 10.58 oz white beans
4 onions (2 for boiling, 2 for roasting)
2 carrots
250 ml = 8.45 oz oil
5 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons broth
3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
