Mango-Pineapple Dream: A portable meal replacement smoothie that is perfect for time-crunched.
Ingredients
2 cups of greens, such as spinach, kale, or romaine lettuce
⅔ cup coconut milk
1⅓ cups water
1½ cups of frozen mango
1½ cups of frozen pineapple
3 scoops of vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp of flaxseeds, ground (either buy pre-ground or grind in a coffee grinder or food processor)
Optional garnishes: chopped pineapple, mango, unsweetened coconut, mint sprigs
