A simple recipe for grain-free granola spiced and sweetened with pomegranate molasses, cardamom and dried mulberries.
Ingredients
1 egg white
1 Tbsp water
1 ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
½ cup pistachios, roughly chopped
1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
½ cup cashews, roughly chopped
1 cup large flake coconut
¼ coconut oil, melted
⅓ cup pomegranate molasses
1 lemon, zest + juice of half
½ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp salt
