I hope everyone is enjoying the sun, and takes the opportunity to kick back and relax with this cold, creamy, sweet drink and a book in a cool patch of grass.
Ingredients
2 cups frozen banana slices
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water (or more coconut milk)
2 tbsp cocoa OR cacao powder
2 sprigs mint (apprx. 18 leaves)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lucuma powder (optional)
