I whipped this smoothie up the other day and couldn’t believe how well the mint paired with the cashew butter and fruit. I’ve always been a fan of mint in fruit salad, but I hadn’t tried it in a smoothie. Let me tell you, it works amazingly!
Ingredients
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 tbsp cashew butter
2 sprigs mint
1 – 1 1/2 cups cashew milk
1/2 – 1 tbsp maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
1 tsp olive oil
