1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup applesauce
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
finely grated zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries
GLAZE:
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup powdered sugar
